Plan the Key Lighting Scenes and Schedule/Set List.

We will start by making a list of the key events/drama scenes that will need a change to the lighting. We'll also list blackouts between scenes where needed. These lighting changes could include highlighting a narrator, a lead singer, a series of people reading gospel texts, the choir singing a carol , the Star shining down on the Manger, a backlight behind a stage set window etc.

Next we'll create and name some Lighting Scenes in Simply Worship - one for each event. We'll then set the lighting levels for each scene bringing in and out Lighting Fixtures as needed.

Then we will create a Schedule/Set List with all the Songs, Bible Readings and Presentations or Quick Slides.

Finally we will link the Lighting Scenes that we created earlier with the items on the Schedule/Set List so that when we project a Song or a Bible Verse/Presentation Slide we automatically trigger the correct Lighting Scene.
